In what event does the facility close? Do you close for weather?

Little Mountain Climbers will be closed on the 6 major holidays; New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. LMC will remain open during inclement weather, unless the conditions compromise the safety of our staff or families. Parents will be notified via text, email and MyBrightWheel parent portal.

How do you communicate with parents?

Little Mountain Climbers has many ways of communicating with parents; in person, texts and emails. But we are proud to be partnering with MyBrightWheel. MyBrightWheel is a hub for preschools/daycares and families. Here parents will have a news feed specifically for their child to see their activities throughout the day. Teachers will be able to send direct messages to parents regarding their child’s daily tasks (i.e. meals, curriculum, naps and much more).

Do you provide meals and snacks?

Little Mountain Climbers provides 3 meals at our center; Breakfast, Lunch and afternoon Snack. LMC is a nut free facility. Our full time cook is dedicated to providing meals that are nutritious and delicious for all of the children in our center.

How often do we clean our rooms and toys?

Our facility has a full time janitorial staff that takes pride in keeping all hallways and restrooms cleaned. Our teachers are actively cleaning throughout the day and after any activities. Our toys are sprayed with safe cleaning solution after each use to ensure the safety all children.
